I came across Darren Rowse's post on how he mediates, which really inspires me. The meditation is called "Examen", which includes 5 steps/parts to it:
1. Recall you are in the Presence of God
2. Look at your day with Gratitude
3. Ask for help from the God as you Review Your Day
4. Review your Day
5. Reconcile and Resolve
I think this will be helpful for me, and I'll try to use this exercise regularly.
I identify myself with peregrine (a person tending to travel; they are nomadic, mobile, wandering and roving), and sojo (sojourner), one who is a temporary resident in a place. Here I share the journey of my inner and outer life, with a focus on my ethos "be transformed by the renewing of your mind"
