Journalling

Journalling is an important part of my life, I enjoy doing it every day because there are many benefits:
  1. Catch my deep inner-self
  2. Expression of all I am
  3. Heartbeat on paper (and computer)
  4. Pause in life
  5. Healthy way of expressing feelings
  6. Healthy way of forgiving
  7. Brings inner harmony
  8. Receive guidance from the Lord

Would love to hear about your journalling experiences too.

I have a visual diary. Random scribblings, colours, words, stories, rants. Often by drawing something [even just a squiggle] a deeper insight, understanding or growth can occur.

The Artists Way program recommends morning pages. They are a useful tool, but I prefer my visual diary mostly.
