Philip Adams, of The Age newspaper once wrote, "We are surrounded by habits, defined by habits, all but consumed by habits. In our clothing, in our attitudes, in our behaviour and our habitation....There is so little we do that isn't done from habit."
It has been said: Sow a thought, reap an action; Sow an action, reap a habit; Sow a habit, reap a character; Sow a charater, reap a destiny. And there is some truth in that, isnt' there? Our habits are the result of repeated actions, but they shape much of our lives, our responses and thus our character, and ultimately our destiny.
What do you think?

Yes it is so true that there is so little we do that isn't done from habit. But at the same time it's so difficult to change habits - both individual and the world as a whole. It is often until we make big mistakes then we realize it's time to CHANGE. How sad and true!
Dearest Kitty
There is a little surprise for you on my blog.
You're valued, Kitty =)
Yes Simon - here is to remind us it's better to change before we make big mistakes due to silly habits.
