Winston Churchill said, "No act of mankind is 'history' until celebrated by artists and writers." I really like this quote.
Today I caught up with my artist friends Beverly and Diana in Southbank again (remember them? refer to Chalk Circle Arts and Pavement Arts in my neighbourhood ) . It was such a lovely day, and we had a drink together in the nearby cafe. As usual, it was fantastic catching up and chatting with them. They are great company, lovely and talented. To my delight, Bev gave me one of her prints as a Christmas gift. That made me a happy chappy hehe. I also spent a couple of hours with them by playing an African instrument (it was from another artist in the area who is Bev's friend) and singing Christmas songs while they were painting. It was fun, and I felt pleased to be able to spend time, befriend and connect with them. It was such a joy and privilege to be part of the chalk circle today.
Lord - You love Bev and Diana so much, and me too =) Please bless them, amen!
Please see below for more of their arts, and go to the CHALK CIRCLE website. They are great! Enjoy.....

Buon Natale and God bless you :)
There is nothing better than spending time with family and friends in Christ. I am grateful you had a good time and enjoyed it. Thanks for the sharing the pics:-)
God's Grace.
Wow, they are very talented!! I appreciate the friends God has given me who I have gotten to know in person and also appreciate all my blog world friends. It is such a blessing to have this avenue through which we can encourage one another!
That is neat. I should have some of my artist friends do something like that sometime or other. :-)
Hi. Well, I did check out their web site - fascinating. I think I don't have as much right brain as artists. I like to write, and I like music, but I am no good at painting, drawing, sculpture or even interior design, fashion....well, you get the idea. So interesting to learn about people and things that I wouldn't otherwise meet or run into on the web. (I probably wouldn't have liked music if I wasn't raised by a couple of musicians.)God bless you!
Hey Nan, what does 'Buon Natale' mean? God bless you too :)
Thanks Corry...I don't know if Bev and Diana know the Lord yet, but I'd love to share Christ's love with them. Please pray with me for them =)
yes Mark. I appreciate your as my blogger buddy too =) Merry Christmas!
yes 'thebluebutterfly', it's fun to do, and i think your artist friends will enjoy it too =) Here in Australia, we need to get council approval. Not sure if it's the same in the States.
Merry Christmas!
Hi Andrea, yes Bev and Diana are really talented. I am kinda like you. I don't know how to paint well, but I enjoy their art work. It's really facinating to cross paths with people and learn about their lives. Like I've learned so much from you.
they are so blessed to have you as a friend. blessings to you and your friends always...
merry christmas!
Kitty, thank you so much for visiting my blog and your very nice comments :)
Kitty, I join you in prayer that you can witness to them and they may be led to the Lord.
